Today we visited the local (one and only) restaurant in the village - the Ilanga Pancake Restaurant. Believe it or not, it's only the 2nd time we've been there since we've moved here (over 3 months ago!). The first time was with Charles' parents last weekend. We enjoyed it so much that we took a family stroll there today.

And here's a picture of us at the restaurant with Bapou and Yaiyais (Charles' parents) last weekend. Beautiful spot! Spectacular views! And Scrumptious pancakes!

  2. For God's sake, Charles, show your fans a photo of the restaurant and its operator! These photos make it look like a stroll through the Haut Provence!

  3. Yes, I quite agree. Also can you point us in the direction of the restaurant's website. I trust that they do an excellent roast fillet of line-caught Galjoen, Braised Leeks, Fondant Potatoes, Summer Truffle Jus.

Also we are gagging for more blog action.

  5. Ek is siek gelees omtrent die donderse pannekoek restaurant. Hoe gaan dit met die verdomde hoenders? Gee my iets interessant! Enige iets! As jy nie iets interessant in tik nie, sal jy nie meer ons aandag hou nie en ons sal nuwe vriende gaan soek. Tot siens.
